Anahad welcomes offers a warm-hearted welcome to everyone who wants to experience the community with qualities of beauty, silence, spirituality and closeness to nature. The soothing atmosphere and unique design enables our guests, teachers, mentors and life coaches to stay and experience the bounties of nature spread around. It is a place which encourages connections, creativity, activity, exchange, personal growth, recovery, peace and quiet and new inspiration.
At Anahad we have different kind of spaces which are evolving with us. Each space in the campus has a story of our journey so far towards awareness building and holistic living.
Since past 5 years it has been our pleasure to host people from different walks of life. Everyone who visited us, has enriched our journeys in multiple ways. We warmly welcome and wish you/group a marvellous and meaningful stay.
We believe that one discover oneself, while living amidst others. For encouraging living together we live together (dormitories), we eat together (community kitchen), we often work together (collaboration), we care for each other (cooperation), and we interact as much as we can (corridors, terraces and walking trails).

- Pause and Reflect before starting your day.
- Pause before eating any meal.
- Reflect before going to bed.
- Walk slowly so as to imbibe and observe silence and beauty around.
- Conscious deep breathing.
- Speak slowly and clearly.
- Listen deeply.
- Leaving any space better than it was.
- Avoid using plastic and water wastage.
- Avoid any kind of loud noise/music.
- Avoid any type of commercial activity.
- Minimize the use of gadgets.
- Try pushing yourself a little bit to do something new, interesting or something which someone else is doing. Let the child inside you come in action.
Stay safe @ Anahad
Physical safety: Take care of your own self, others, your belongings, resources and environment around. Snakes, chameleons, scorpions and other living beings are part of our campus. If you see any one of them please be careful, back-off, inform us, don’t kill or scare them. Don’t try remove any rock or moving inside bushy areas. Carry a torch with you when it is dark outside.
Emotional safety: Each and every living being around has a right to express. Please be aware in an unwanted situation and try to express it in most efficient but humble way.
- I Am- Becoming aware that something has triggered an emotion
- I Calm- Breathing deeply and noticing emotions without judging them
- I Feel- Identifying and naming the emotion (Name it to tame it)
- I Choose- Accepting the feeling and choose a calming activity to help self-regulate
- I Solve- Now in a calmer state, solve the problem that originally triggered the emotion
